No activation code

This is an old account which I have fortunately already 1 year ago have we have the problem that my friends who want to register no activation mail get

We have already created several e-mails as for example ... @ outlook.com and @ web.de and @ gmx.com however has nothing of it works everywhere is missing the activation code

One should mention that we come from germany
