Single target Pull need balancing

Now that WL's lion has learn how to teleport to target,
it is time to balance their pull also
Maybe increase it to 2sec cast or buff Mara's pull to instant.
Northside-KOTBS ,Southside-SW Westsides-WP Eastside-WH,Rightside-WL
Good Soldier win fight, Good Calvary win field, Good Cannon win Battle, Good logistic win Wars
