Web and Login Server are orange, can't connect

Hello, I'm new here and I don't know if I can create a new topic or even is the best place for search help here, so if I doing something wrong, say it.

I've reading some topic about connection problem with web and login server are red or orange and the solution presented in these topics don't work for me.

My problem is, before the DDos attack, I was able to connect to the game and play. And now, no. Even connect to my account on the forum was impossible a moment, but now it's ok.
(I've download the game, the launcher, DirectXRuntimes, put the launcher in the folder and remove the read only option, so, the basics.)

When I launch the launcher, I've the web and login server in orange, and so when I try to put my login and password he say to me "Invalid login/password". I've even try a VPN (Hospot Shield) and then, when I try to connect, same thing but here, the "Connect' button stay just grey, and nothing happend.

I think it's a problem with "mythloginserviceconfig.xml" or somethings like that because in a topic ( viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15138&p=164361&hili ... ed#p164361 ) "faiden" link the contents of this xml and, when I've download the game, I've this contents, but when I launch the launcher, these content change from:

I don't know if it's normal or not. I've also a "ping" command on these adress (I don't know if I use that correctly) but it would seems that I can't ping these two different adress.

I had similar issues when I started with RoR. I had found another download Link for the launcher (There are different versions) But i dont know which one was the one that worked for me. I think it was the one with lesser kb size.

I am not at home, so I am not able to search the links. You gotta try it yourself.

I am not an expert with xml. So I fixed it by the tryhard TRY method

I've also try another launcher ( viewtopic.php?f=4&t=16587&p=182252#p182252 ) this one, I think, proposed by "Elven".
And this is this one I use now, with the files present in the Rar folder.
