Just do like my guild does, we run 2 groups premade most of time and we pass all to 1 person in that specific group ..mainly the person Who is best in line.. to improve and strengthen our setups and groups. . Doing this gets 1 person in 2 hours 100 medals healer or tank doesnt matter. . Learn to pass and wait ur turn..
