[Engi] Grenadier gear

What do you guys think about this gear combination for Grenadier Engi? I'm trying to stack BS, Ranged Power, Cirt, Reduced Chance to Dodge, Wounds, and avoid WS.
Using the +160 BS tactic you will cap on BS. With Crit+Wounds Liniments you should have over 8.5k HP.

I probably could swap out Fortress Wrench with BL Wrench for even more rPower, but I'm not a huge fan of that Toughness and Armour penalty.

What is generally considered BiS for Grenadier Engi?

Fixxer has two different videos on Grenadiers, they're both very reasonable and I suggest you watch them. Grenadiers can be of two types, so you better watch the videos
