Playing the endgame content (-leveling)

Hi,

i played Warhammer on the original servers until they closed and was verry sad after loosing the character with all the gear and reputation. Now i see you guys keep going here what is realy great.
My problem is that i only want to play the endgame content RVR and so on and i dont like to level characters nor 2nd character leveling.

So my question: is there a way to just go up to max level or nearly maxlevel, not the reputation or so, just the normal leveling. So i could start playing again without the hard work leveling in the endgame?
