Looking for addon to clean up party/wb

so im very new and trying to clean up my party and wb as when i have people targeted the targeted member covers up some of my group list showing so makes it hard to see a few members name for when they need healing any suggestions welcome please and thank you

Just change your UI settings. Escape ->Customize Interface->Layout Editor. Here you can drag & drop the target health plate, for example. Just build the UI like you want. :) Or use AddOns like Enemy and Pure (I prefer this).
