Account transfer and/or name change?

I currently have two RoR accounts. One is old and has a bunch of characters on it that are 20+, but because of naming on my end, the names got reset and randomized by the staff.
Hence I started another account with more acceptable names. Is it possible to transfer the characters from one account to the other (to keep it all in one place) or change the names of the characters that got reset? The random names they got make it a bit weird to connect to
