I just got enough invader med to buy a full set of gear
Just want here ask if new weapon "Doomsday" need invader med???

Nope, Doomsday uses Seals. It's the same stat as Subjugator. You might be thinking of the new scenario weapon

If they are seal to buy. Will new color of seal come out ? or same color? seal drop from T4 map or fort???
