Mounts?

Excuse me guys i saw lot of ppl in game with mount. They sad they purchased it from war camp or inevitable city (destro wide) but both vendors , when i interact with them, got the blank screen.

Did they were disabled?

i think the vendors got changed? perhaps making changes for new item vendors in rvr camps
