Vanq med after zone locked

How does this work???
Today i got 10 at dw and 16 vanq med at Eataine after zone locked

but I get 0 and 1 vanq med after zone locked at BV and BFP respectively

Why is it so big difference?

More effort more medallions.

Plus in your racial zones you get double amount of medallions.
