Or maybe do the actual logical thing in a keep siege and spread people out. Don't stack everyone in the same tiny space around the lord which is able to do roflpunts and insane damage as you're getting pressured by enemy forces that you've allowed back into the keep.

I can't help but feel that part of the problem is that a lot of players do not know that stacking has this effect. Additionally sometimes stacking is simply unavoidable due to obscenely high numbers being in the zone.

Be pretty cool if instead keep lord has stages, like a dungeon boss, example being..

Stage 1: dps race, upon 0% health, keep lord teleports to bottom floor with full health, everyone must rush down to bottom floor and fight.

Stage 2: 4 bodyguards appear that need to be killed as they provide keep lord with damage immunities.

Stage 3, keep lord enrages upon death when all bodyguards die, keep lord gains persistent aoe damage, shouts something generic to reflect its race like "chaos God's grant me power" or "sigmar bless this battle" upon it's death a big AOE blast damages the defenders.

I know none of this is possible, just feels fun to write it
