Destro Talisman Farm Spots

There is a quite big supply of 175 essences on the Order AH with ridiculous prices, makes one wonder where do those come from. Its my first time leveling talisman making and salvaging 31lvl gear produced 150 max :C

my guess - (i haven't tested) - the new lvl 39 mobs in altdorf may be dropping some lvl 36 gear that can salvage into that. I know on destro the 36 and 37 level mobs in IC would occasionally drop the lvl 36 gear that created that essence.

No, I farmed them, feathered acolytes 39-40lvl, for a few hours and only 31 outlaw gear dropped.

Champions in Saphery(Destro) can't be scavenged, maybe someone know another good spot for frags?

I'm stuck on lvl 45 talisman making. Already crafted 20+(its kinda hard to get them) lvl25 fragments but nothing happens. And there is no "crits" at all. Am I just unlucky or is my char bugged?

Saphery, nothernmost destro chapter has 9x 25-28 champs in close vicinity

And last time I checked lvl40 mobs can't be scavenged on destro side. Maybe it's fixed.
