the first is cleansable damage and based off a positional requirement and is also back loaded on a front load dps class. The second is an overrated defense tool that can be severed by an undefendable attack. There are reasons a WH is close to a WE, you did not list them.

Cleanse useable every 10 seconds? And how y gonna shatter Repel then he hidden by aa buff? Feels like EA forums.. and witchbrew is a cowshit compared to EW...

Never did witch brew spec on live, but I've seen what it does and its amazing burst. Calling it 'cowshit' is laughable.

600 every GCD - 5 maximum- 7.5 seconds In total for 3k
3 000 + 120 strength - toughness - ws debuff in 1 GCD
Laughable?
EA forums... not so expected...
It's subject to change? There to know?

It's 3k vs the super squishy and unguarded otherwise it hits for a paltry amount. Witch brew damage is consistently good and currently you can apply all 6 loads in just 2-3 gcds making it truly excellent.
Khorlar, Thorvold, Sjohgar, Anareth, Toldavf, Hartwin, Gotrin and others -_-

Afaik, Witchbrew isn't working the same as on live here, as nobody knows if it was based on GCD or its own form of CD ect. So its just a guess.
