Select all the files in your RoR directory and uncheck "read-only" in properties.
It does not matter that you have latest drivers, you still have to download and install the directX file.

Already installed Everything and unchecked the Read only, still get the error message.

Open mythloginserviceconfig.xml file with notepad and replace the content with this:
