Cant Create new char

I download everything and its all fine but i dont have the option to create a character once i connect to the game. The only options i have is: cinematic - credits - settings and quit. Also theres nothing on the loading screen on the right side of the window. Help im confuse :(

Are you connecting throu the RoR luncher?
