Experiencing 1fps for more than 1 hour

Started today, on BV keep defense. My FPS just got to 1 FPS. I tried to relog and change graphic settings but didnt get better. Then I logged off and 1 hour later i got back and the game still at 1fps. Please reset the server! u.u
