Can i miss things in T1 if i level to 16 with out doing them?

Nordenwatch scenario quest - do T1 scenarios exist in higher tier bracket form?
Kill 10 of each race quests - These can be done in group as chicken, right?
Tome unlocks and scouting quests can be done as chicken i think.
Is there anything else in the T1 lakes/scenarios (or outside of them?) i should know about?

Im no completionist but i dont like the idea of permanently missing something.

If you can try and get into a lair boss fight...so you don't miss out on seeing those guys.
