Current log-in issues and how to counter them

Hey there,

I am not sure if this is posted elsewhere by the moderators/GMs but I figured I would throw a helpful input on this.

So far, there are two types of login-issues that subside from the normal client tasking.

1. If your character is disconnected from the server after you have already been playing on the server and you receive a disconnection message display immediately after hitting "Play", try signing into an alternate character (of the same faction as the character that originally disconnected), open up your friend's list and add the character that disconnected. If your friend's list still shows that the character that disconnected is "online", keep watching until it goes "offline". Once this happens, you should be able to play your character again.

I don't know how this happens or what causes this but me and my friend were playing together and we both suddenly disconnected simultaneously. We were both on Zealots, and as I tried to log onto my Zealot and the game would immediately disconnect me when I hit "Play". I logged on my Witch Elf and she logged onto her Magus however the game (on my friend's list) said that her Zealot was still online WHILE she was on her magus.

2. If your character is disconnected from the server or you log-in and receive a disconnection message after seeing the loading screen, keep attempting to login. This can take between 1 to 20 attempts.

I hope this helps anyone coming into confrontation with these issues. These are the two biggest log-in issues I know of as far as March.
