Tome vendors are not working, afaik
Bretin: "destru classes are in general better for solo play" :lol:

No it's not possible atm - It's in Tier 4 and that is far far away from being finished.

I did a guide on how to get this cape and couple others back in the day, so thats how I know C:
[3 years on Live = Volkmar > Ironrock > Gorfang > Badlands]

Tome unlocks are not in yet. Also this one is T4 Chaos Wastes.
