OP: please keep in mind that the SM's 50% parry ability (Wall of Darting Steel) isn't available until rank 40 whereas you can get the BO 50% block (Can't Hit Me) now.

Cant hit me is an over rated ability at a 14 point cost, it is not worth picking up especially since it slows your move speed down

If your going dps blorc 2h or SnB now you have 2 choices in spec path

It's good for grinding, zerg busting and tanking whole SCs that decide to beat on tanks...it's surprising how many there are, but otherwise it is not worth it.
