RoR Update Failure

Does anyone know how to fix or what this error is referencing?

Error Downloading updater:
System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service
at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start()
at RoRLauncher.MainWindow.a4IVx55m0tfPhQwEDeo(Object )
at RoRLauncher.MainWindow.e4bsQtJxyP(Object , DownloadDataCompletedEventArgs )

Disregard - my anti-virus software was causing the issue
