Missing Items?

It had happened a few times now that once I choose a reward from an event or do something craft related on next login they are missing... the reward says I've already chosen my reward so it isn't just a rollback not saving. I have already been told the staff does not restore any lost or missing items.

This seems to happen more often on my main character but I don't know if it's just a coincidence...

Does this happen to other than just me? Is it Character ID related?

Is there something I can do to prevent this from happening over and over again?

you can't choose more than one reward at a time, so maybe try back and choosing just the reward you believe to be missing

This is not the issue... I choose the items one at the time like you say but after the next login, they are most likely gone.
