Lost bag from recent Reikland siege.

I was in a Reikland siege earlier this afternoon, and won a blue bag on the loot roll. I did not receive it in my mailbox, even after a few hours, was wondering what steps I need to take to possibly get it? Or is it lost to the ages of space and time?

Same thing happened to me. I won a bag during a Shinning Way fort defense which happened Wednesday May 6th, but I have yet to receive the bag in the mail. The server has even been restarted since then but still no bag. I have a screen shot of the bag roll.

This issue tends to happen to me a lot. But I always end up getting my bag after the server restarts. This is the longest ive had to wait for the bag to show up in the mail. I would love to avoid this problem in the future if there is anything I should be doing.
