connection problem

Hello
After a teleportation with the guild parchment (so sigmar hammer), i got the loading page and ... exit the serv.
I restarted the launcher and could not come back ... the same loading page (altdorf) and ... disconnected!

Is someone encountering the same problem?
does someone have a solution?
(I have nothing to change my usual connection, no firewall, no change of internet connection, no new software on my computer).

Sounds like you may be bugged, try typing /stuck twice while the loading screen is up - it will teleport you to the starting zone, but should fix the problem.

Edit: To clarify, you must hit enter before and after each /stuck. heres the exact format -

<enter> /stuck <enter> <enter> /stuck <enter>
