Tier 3 Elf epic quest, Control, cant get quest?

Hi.

was trying to get the T3 quest in elf land, Control, but the NPC/questgiver Getlan Stormwood dont have that epic quest Control for me? i can only get a quest named A Cockatrice nuisance..

I did the epic quest on another char a week or so ago, and it worked fine but now it seems broken? Anyone else have this problem too, or is it just me?

Whats the level of the character your trying to pick up the quest with?

Lv 19. I Got the epic quest T3 from empire and dwarf, so was wondering why i cant get it in elf land.

You can not get this quest with a level 19 char.

min rank for picking up t3 epic quests is 21.

Okay didnt know that, just thought i could take it in lv 19, when i picked up T3 quest in dwarf lands as lv 19.

oh really at r19? i could have sworn all three would start at 21. then i apologize for the confusion and i ll double-check before telling again. thank you

Np mate, i got the elf quest at lv 21 so you were right about elf epic quest;-)
