not trying to cause a stir, but i was a bit confused as to why bright wizards are unable to use rare or very rare rings that contain intellect which are designated to only rune priests,archmage and warrior priests. (rings in the late 30lvls)

im quite sure intellect is the main stat for bright wizards so im kinda shocked by the inability to use such items with the main stat of the class.

Because accessory pieces are not granted based on main stat, but on class archtype. You're referring to healer rings.
