Re: Scenario Match Making
I think a case could be made if the current level of gear were invader+: but annihilator/merc gear is very easily attained - as is the pve counterpart, Ruin - and will require maybe several days' worth of semi-casual farming in the respective environment (doing scen groups to get merc, and doing lots of orvr to get anni) to acquire enough pieces to become competitive. You can get several pieces in a day if you go OTT.

Same thing with Invader since, I assume, it would be released together with its PvE equivalent (Darkpromise). Conqueror (Sentinel) and Warlord (Tyrant) as well. The only true gear gaps came with Doomflayer/Warpforged which had no PvE equivalents.peterthepan3 wrote:I think a case could be made if the current level of gear were invader+: but annihilator/merc gear is very easily attained - as is the pve counterpart, Ruin - and will require maybe several days' worth of semi-casual farming in the respective environment (doing scen groups to get merc, and doing lots of orvr to get anni) to acquire enough pieces to become competitive. You don't have to be in the premade to reap the rewards of playing along side a premade.Penril wrote:Fighting against some destro premades in SCs every once in a while.

I just queued for an SC and the first one was against an Order premade- so I didn't bother joining- then one that I thought was a pug v pug but a destro premade crept in and it quickly turned into a spawn camp, which is so boring regardless of the side you're on.
