Perhaps Breaking point would just have to be changed. Had a couple ideas.

1. Remove the recieving crit penalty
2. Remove the recieving crit penalty, Increase crit chance on Giantslayer Abilities
2. Remove the recieving crit penalty, Increase crit damage on Giantslayer Abilities
4. Remove the recieving crit penalty, Increase crit damage on Exhausting Blow Abilities
5. Remove the recieving crit penalty, Increase crit chance on Giantslayer Exhausting Blow Abilities
6. Remove the recieving crit penalty, Increase crit damage on Giantslayer Exhausting Blow Abilities

I'd personally lean on 5 or 6. Keeps it specialised to the tree.

There is also one thing that I was thinking about, that might improve GS a bit with a small change that (hopefully) would require little to none coding.

Basically - removing the requirement from devastate for it to be an exhaust blow. It would make rotations quicker, more effective, without gimping yourself from the start of the battle.

Also, changing violent impacts so that (if possible), rage would build up twice as quicker as normal.

I would like to use some like this to spam Precarious Assault or Spellbreaker. One of them, probadly Precarious Assault will must to no exhaustive my rage so I can regain 225 heals once on 4 hits from honor restored tactic and additional 225 heals from Takin' chances. But need to remove also this penalties to being critically hit.

Also Distracting Roar (detanout) should be cheanged because this work only 5 seconds and is 30 sec CD. And slayer don't have another detanout on single target like for example White Lion have where he can detanout target on 15 seconds and it's 15seconds CD. That's why slayer have really big problems with RDPS and his dodge/disrupt should be also upgraded because he is small and should be much difficult to target. But much important is detanout.

Breaking point tactic needs changed
1. cost 12 points in GS.
2. Critt increase only applies to GS abilities.
3. -10% increase to be critically hit only +5% bonus
4. Most GS abilities exhaust rage ,
5. Precarious Assault already increase chance to be critically hit by 5 %

Breaking point: 25 % chance to critically hit in GS -10% to be critically hit.

Violet Impacts Tactic : 50% chance to restore 50%-75% rage.

That's the point of the whole middle tree: by using your yellow exhaustive blows (75% damage bonus) as often as possible, you generate burst.

That makes no sense: the point of the tactic is it to bring you instantly into the yellow stance again, to utilize the 75% damage bonus on your next exhaustive blow asap.
The problem is: a 50% proc chance is too unreliable.

The concept of the slayer/choppa (particularly the middle tree) was it to exhaust rage with powerful blows (damage or debuffs), not to stay in the red stance as long as you can afford it.

What would be point in using "precarious assault" if it doesn't exhaust your rage anymore? It has the same tooltip damage as "pulverizing strike". Additionately "honor restored" wouldn't work with it anymore, because it would be no longer an exhaustive attack (logicaly).
Additionately: You can't spam exhaustive blows without one of these two tactics, which you didn't select in your posted build.

1. The choppa detaunt is an exact mirror to the slayer one
2. The white lion has 5 second AOE detaunt on a 10 second cooldown, like the marauder
3. The white lion has no second detaunt
4. About your point that small player models should be harder to hit: ...

Comparing to Inevitable Doom and Rune of Absorption, last skill from GS Spellbreaker is very bad ability. Spellbreaker will be still exhaustive blow but no longer exhaustive rage so can hit someone 4-5 with +75% damage bonus before we go in berserk state. If we want make people to play GS spec, not troll or skaven + GS then the last skill Spellbreaker is the most important.

spellbreaker have an use, which of course is not spam it the very first time time you have it avaibable. It can remove abosorb morales; something like even 3-7k in 1 one skill it dosnen't need a buff.
