PvE has become a complete waste of time, don't bother with it.

There are 3 types of kill quests in T2 which will net you 5s/25s/75s ea turn in, with the addition of mourkain temple the amount of gold you can make through these quests has increased dramatically.

Other than that you are really at the mercy of RNG via drops, it only takes that one runescribed weapon or +20 stat ring to make you go from poor smuck to a big joint dude. Money will hopefully mean less and less as the game gets updated and gear is obtainable via other methods. Crafting could possibly also open up a new avenue to make gold whenever it is implemented as well.

ATM ~30-50g is plenty to outfit your character with decent gear along w/ SC weapons. The expensive items like woe etc... tend to be sidegrades or minor upgrades. Runescribed itemization on gear aside from weapons is for the most part total trash.
