Server Restart, lost mats

There was a server restart several minutes ago, the message said the servers will restart in 3 mins, I had seeds growing and they had enough time to finish, but the server restarted about 30 seconds after the message saying it would be in 3 minutes. I was wondering if it would be possible to get those seeds back please. I don't wanna feel like I am nittpicking but they were lvl 175 seeds and, and I already lost so many due the the cultivation process freezing on its on, prompting a restart and losing the mats. The seeds I lost are 4 Milksap Beardweed Seeds, please pm me for my ingame name as I wish to remain anonymous. Thanks!

LOL. Just go back to your 150 level seeds and crit new ones? Do you really think admins should waste time on issues like this?

I always lose seeds by forgetting they were planted and logging off by mistake.

You are right, the admins should use me as a tool to make the game better, and when they say the server will restart in 3 mins, make it restart in 3 mins not 30 seconds, this could all have been avoided in that case.

Unfortunately, I am unable to restore any items lost due to a server restart.
It was my fault for the 3 minutes however, and I'm really sorry for that.
The person applying a patch had to leave quickly and restart it faster - miscommunication between the two of us resulted in 1 minute instead of 3, for which I am extremely sorry.

I forgive you, it's just that I feel these types of things add up, being a business man myself I count my losses, for such things as the culti window freezing and not letting me harvest my mats and when i relog they vanish, and then this. I guess i just wanted to get to the bottom of it in a way and bring it to your attention, because this is just my first day in the game and I have already lost many mats do to this sort of thing, in a few weeks or months, I can only imagine the total sum of lost mats due to this. I hope it is being looked into. Thanks for the reply, and sorry for the way I went about it.

I've lost more than 100 seeds due to crashes/restarts. No need to PM or return seeds to me. I also wish to remain anonymous, may I?
