[Suggestion] Open warlord and invader jewellery to slot 3 and 4

Now BIS gear for most classes is mix of sov and vic/triumph gear. There is hardly any options and it is pretty stale.

If warlord and ivader rings are allowed to put at slot 3 and slot 4 there will be more options without much or any power creep. By allowing warlord and invader gear to be used instead of vic/triumph we will have more option for near bis level gear. Sov + triumph/vic will still be BIS cos ring talisman is so good but ppl will have options to mix some alternative setups as sov + warlor/invader.

Give us more option, break abit the itemization stale meta without adding better gear. Bring more options, make more sets usefull
