Switching tanks skills remain / then disappear

I have this annoying issue where when I switch between kobs and IB, the skills from my kobs stay on the IB (obviously I can't use them). I can't reload or do anything to fix it.

Relogging doesn't work.

Rebooting originally fixed the issue, but currently causes all my IB skills to vanish, so I need to redo them... every... single... login.

This is unplayable for me. Can anything be done?

Have you tried reloading the profile?

Making a profile with an intact UI for this class and then loading it breaks the whole ui for me. So doesn't work for me.
