Yes but its very hard to optimize it.
You don't have enough renown points to spec FS and your initiative is low.
Also not enough renown points for Reflexes so your parry is low.


PS: I forgot about rr45 sc weapons:
1h - 20hp/4sec
shield - 32hp/4sec
