NF and interrupts

So normally I don't use add-ons but I find myself in a predicament. It seems like spells only show up 50% of the time while i'm playing I can see no enemy casting bar or casting animation. As such i need to be able to interrupt skills somehow. So i was hoping someone could help me with the setup of "Vicious Slash" in Nerfedbuttons.
