Black screen / display after launch

So, I did all the steps for installing (tried them several times, with the different downloads) and always, whenever I start the game, it looks like in the picture.

I found a couple threads with the same error, but none of them have proven helpful.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I put the game both on my SSD and HDD, but still the same result. Tried all sorts of DirectX troubleshooting, still nothing.
