[BG] Some questions on SnB PVE Tank

When tanking BS as example i normally run something like this

I'm unsure about the 4th tactic. What do you use there? Does the attack speed debuff work on PVE? -5 hate? +10% heal?

what do you run?

And just to confirm if i'm still right, Toughness is still useless in PVE right? Socketing Armor does more mitigation right?
Zeal80 - Dok82 - Sham74
BO81 - BG80 - WE75
and tooooo many alts
