What is the off hand proc rate?

For dual wielders, what is the proc rate for offhand auto attack please. Thanks in advance.

I think it has the attack speed of the weapon you are wearing in your offhand.

Why am I not surprised that a Google search reveals the post below called 'combat mechanics' by Master Luth on these very forums. Off hand proc rate estimated at close to 50% of your main hand rate (which is your weapon speed).

Offhand speed was something like 48% of mainhand speed, and offhand weapon speed is a coefficient for offhand auto attack dmg. I should have old excels somewhere where I stored the tests I was doing (with my WE on unkillable mobs in Reikland ).
