Kobs Destroy Confidence tactic replacement?

Since Kobs get hit by several nerfs(some of them was needed for sure) is there any planned replacement for Destroy Confidence tactic?

Since Shatter confidence has the highest dmg tooltip with only 5s CD (according to career builder), removing this tactic also hit Kobs offensive potential and dmg outpoot which is already lowest of all tanks.

I'm not aware of anything on the radar regarding replacing it. Is it possible? Maybe. Is it a priority? No
