KotBS [Destroy Confidence]

Saw a recent post regarding this gutted tactic. Proposing that the thread should not have been subjected to summary judgement without proper consideration, and that it should be re-opened for discussion and community/mod consideration.

To the new balance mods, I'd like to point you to the balance proposal rules for future considerations of proposal topics:
Topics formatted appropriately and supplying evidence for a particular viewpoint should be moved to Discussion regardless of the moderators' personal opinion about the topic.

To build upon this case... The KoTBS had a tactic entirely removed from their kit without even the slightest bit of compensation, needlessly putting them a tactic short in their arsenal. To say that the existence of a dead tactic is not a problem for the class or player and that it's not worthy of being looked at is flippant at best, and counter to the above posted "aims" at the very least. The argument that other classes have plenty of tactics they don't use is a complete cop-out and a fallacy-ridden proposition. Ideally those other under-used tactics will see some attention in these balance threads too...

The topic in question was closed because OP submitted a "problem" that is not a problem (confirmed by Torque before I closed, for what it's worth). The tactic was removed for grossly overperforming, and tbf OP's proposal was also outside the realm of reality (why would the dev team increase the icds of destro self morale pump tactics just to give one to an order tank)?
