Class picking trouble

Hello RoR. I played off and on in live, and every time I was able to play the game I spend the majority of it trying to "decide" on my main. Sadly, that never happened because play was cut short.

I am not asking for you to pick my class, just maybe give me some advice.. Time constraints are a large issue for me, so I'm trying to do this right the first time, if possible.

My perfered playstyle is in your face front of the line badass. In WoW I play the Demon hunter tank. (Highly mobile , solid damage, good utility and self healing.) Now I know in War, things work a lot differently then WoW but I'm hoping to find something similar to invest time into.

So far I like the looks of the Marauder, Blackguard, and chosen. I haven't been able to get any of them over level 5 due to other reasons, so if possible can anyone of this forum please give me a little advice? Thank you in advance.

EDIT: Forgot to include, that I would prefer to stay destruction

White lion or Marauder

WL: best mobility, good in your face damage, decent utility thanks to armor debuff and fetch I guess

Marauder: less mobility than WL(still more mobility than your average WAR toon), good in your face damage, better utility overall than WL

from your description mara is as good as it will get.
You might aswell consider choppa, but between mara and choppa I would say mara by a long shot.
You could also take a look at an offensive tank like a 2h Blackguard, that's nice dmg and tons of utility. harder to play than mara.

TLDR: Mara or 2h BG, the one of these 2 that you like the most, it's gonna give what you are looking for.

Ok man thank you for the quick reply, Marauder looks to be the coolest class to me, I just thought that tanks may have an advantage, but I will go with Marauder. Also, are Marauder any good solo ganking or PUG queues?

marauder is the king of pugging when it comes to melee imo. Destro side.
Not because they are easy to play or anything, it's just as cookie cutter of a class as it can get, it's like a swiss knife.

solo roam/duelling? they got it covered
grouping? still got it covered
Pugging? if you fail at mara u will fail at any melee
AoE farming/levelling? Yep, got that covered too

Perfect. I absolutely do not expect to be the best Marauder there ever was, but I plan on working towards it! Thanks so much for your help. My in-game name is Dia if you ever wanna play together. I'll be watching guides and looking up builds right now to develop healthy habits for and game. Hope to see you there!
