I can't access my account - please help

Greetings - Talking from a 2nd account, but i'll get back to this.

I accidentally lost my password I can't remember it and unclicked "Remember" on login screen.
I tried "forgot password" procedure from the website. But the mail never reach my mailbox.

While waiting to fix this problem, I so did make this account to play with friends.
While creating it, I realize I do not receive confirm mail either, mail adress was another but from same provider.
The issue may come from here ; I so had to use an adress from another provider for the account I'm typing from.

I don't know if you were aware of this issue, in case you want this information provider is French Orange, but I tried many times resending the retreive password mail and still don't have it - since yesterday night.

Please help me fix this and get my account back.

I did send you a mail, i fear i would not receive your mail or you didnt received mine in case the matter is still the same we might not see each other mails
