Feedback: 'Er We Go change

Recent change to Shaman ability 'Er we go has stopped it from stacking with other shamans 'er we go.
As i cant find any notes on this, i want to bring a discussion up about it.

This change ONLY effects groups with 2+ shamans, what is this change meant to nerf, groups with only 2-3 shamans, or the extreme of a 5-6 Shaman group coordinating abilities to burst a target.

This change feels to be a response to a 5 man shaman group that i was a part of recently. A group of 6 coordinating with comms, using a total of 5 tactic slots of 'er we go again, 5 'er we go ability casts, 5-10 more abilities to proc dmg, to burst a target with 30-40 procs on a single timestamp for 6-8k Dmg. This 6 man coordinating 10-15 abilities managed to one shot PUG players. This group was ONLY successful against PUG groups, as this burst damage is easily survived through simple group play such as Guard, or attacking goblins. This change feels to have been from the PUG perspective, as 6 mans can easily cut through this like butter.

This level of coordination works not only with 6 man shaman groups, but ANY combination of classes working together as such. 2-3 Sorcs, or a WL/Slayer melee train puts out comparative burst as a troll group of shamans coordinating 10-15 abilities onto a single timestamp. Why should this coordination not be rewarded?

Is this change meant to specifically nerf these 5-6 man shaman groups? Meant to effect groups with 2-3? Is it meant to lower morale pumping potential? This effects every dps shaman trying to join a group with another shaman healing, is this intended?
Should other similar abilities such as Pack Assult from WL(Which still stacks with itself) meet the same change?
