Crash on Launch

Hallo

New laptop with Win10 and trying to get WAR to work.. At first it have the error for missing DX9_34.dll so I click on the link in the help section. The link is deleted by the way. No download available. So I downloaded DX9 restribution and install that. Now it launches the game with the splash screen but the game instantly crashes. I downloaded packet logger but it does not log anything. I used in administrator mode too.. Still not logging.

I have added WAR and ROR Launcher to firewall allow list and turn the firewall off.. I cannot seem to get passed splash screen.

Oh also this folder I copied from my working desktop version.

Also DL DirectX11 and the latest .net framework

im starting WAR but nothing appears not make new char or getting list of my old ones can someone plz help me?!
