I am Missing the WAR.exe from my Warhammer Online folder.

I have a real problem in that in my Warhammer Online folder i cannot locate the WAR.exe icon.

I of course get the error screen from the launcher because of it.
Error starting.IO.FileNotFoundException: could not find file WARexe. the error screen is cut and am unable to expand it or copy to clipboard.
It isnt that i have put the launcher in the wrong place, it is that the WAR.exe literally does not exist in the installed folder.
I have this game installed from disk. BUT i have done all the steps in regards to adding the new patch to it including changing the Read only settings.

I have also tried downloading the full game online from links given on threads but none of them have worked and all i get is either client download for the patch or a place that when downloaded has very little in it from shady websites.

SO my question is two fold.
1. Where can i get a download of the full game becuase i cant find it any where.
2. is there a reason my installed game doesnt have the WAR.exe icon that is needed to run the launcher

I am afraid i am unable to provide pictures...

I do hope i am not wasting peoples time but i have exhausted all means of trying to get it work myself.
