Stuck on black screen?

Hello everyone when I login and click connect and the game launches I am just stuck forever on a black screen as shown in the picture below:

Nothing happens and I've tried to see what my problem is but I don't know so I was wondering if some kind soul could guide me perhaps? Also I only hear a bit of music in the beginning if that matters.

I would recommend getting the torrent application to recheck it to make sure it downloaded correctly.
