Can't connect to game - button is grayed out

Hi folks.

Tried to launch the game - have the RoR launcher and the client downloaded. RoR is set to administrator and "read-only" is unchecked. However, I can't hit "connect" - the option is grayed out

Do I need to re-install/update the game?

Is your RoR launcher in the same folder as the War.exe file? I had this same issue a while back.

They are, but I still can't hit the button.

I reinstalled the game and re-downloaded the game. Made sure that the files weren't Read-only. Set everything to Administrator and I *still* can't get into the game.

The web server is red, and the login server is yellow.

Something's preventing you from connecting to the web- and game server then. Do you have a firewall enabled?

Well, I put it on my firewall's allow list but I still can't hit the button.

I also turned off my firewall completely to see if anything happened. Still couldn't hit the button.

Tried to move everything from different files and drives. Still didn't change anything.

I *can't* be the only one on this site who has experienced this problem.

Could you run tracert 178.32.58.46 in a command prompt and tell me what happens? No need to post the full output, just need to know if the last line before "Trace complete" contains 178.32.58.46.

Make sure your default network adapter has a valid internet connection, such as a VPN.
