Login troubles

Hee i just made a account, and there is no trouble logging in the forum on the offical site.
BUT, when i enter my account information in the launcher invalid username/password...

Yeahh, i didnt even used special letters capitals etc.

a) We hash your passwords, so I can't see exactly what's going on with the password change / creation system
b) I don't have access to the part of the system which sends account / password info to the database for hashing by the emulator. I can only look at the relevant emulator code.

Is it possible for someone you know in the team too look it up for me, i was really excited i found you guys and the game but its really deppressing like this i cant enter, and everything in the instructions etc i followed/did soo i dont see there is a problem with me
