Cant join RvR Warbands or Scenarios

Hey all,
When ever I try to join a group on the group finder thing it says "That Party Is Full" and when ever I try to join a Scenario it comes up saying "You are not allowed to queue for scenarios while participating in a warband. Please leave your warband first."
2 things to note: the party is not full and I am not already in a warband...

Warbands frequently get bugged. If you try to join a warband that has open slots but is in a bugged state, you only get registered half-way. To fix it, you will have to relog.

A quicker workaround is joining a different warband ( can be t1 t2 or t3) where u are sure there is room and once i joined that one u just leave it again. Is faster then logging out and in the game.
