The reward system, which is the topic of the OP, has been changed several times so I don't really understand your point here.

Edit: ah, you mean the the bag roll contribution system.
Indeed, but not only. To get a nice reward system in place we should first have a nice RvR system - otherwise the rewards might be disproportionate. And therefore we need Client Control. ^^
